Service

LURRYY VPN provides access to a VPN service. You agree to use it lawfully.

Payment & subscription

Access is activated after paying for the chosen plan and lasts until it expires. If you chose an auto-renewing subscription, access renews by itself — see below.

Auto-renewal

If you chose an auto-renewing subscription, the plan price is charged automatically with the same payment method every period, without asking again. The amount and period are shown before you subscribe, and you can only subscribe with your consent. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time: in the app (Subscription → Cancel auto-renewal), in the bot (Profile → Cancel auto-renewal) or via support https://t.me/lurryysoft. Turning it off does not end the period you have already paid for. If you use the bot, it reminds you a day before each charge. If a charge fails there are no retries: access is extended once by 3 days so you can pay manually.

Refunds

If the service doesn't fit, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by messaging support. The administration decides on refunds; refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Using the service for unlawful activity is prohibited.
